Description

This is the C Model; it has the same cabin as a PA28180. Mattson 160 HP conversion. Compression 79-80-79-80 December Annual. Appx 2400 TT, 325 Smoh, 65 spoh, All AD’s and Service Bulletins complied with. Laminar Flow Fancy Pants, Nose Flaring and Flap Gap Seals. Tape Aileron seals. Bogart Battery box modification with copper cables, new Gill 35 battery Piper Auto flight wing leveler TKM MX170C Nav Com Narco Nav 122 vor-glideslope and marker beacon Built in intercom ATD-200 traffic detector Oil Sump Heater Motor mounts like new, many new hoses Wheelen Strobe Tach, DG and Directional Gyros overhauled Yoke mount IFLY GPS with glare shield and film 1 year subscription included Modified with 331 to be a 2 seater to carry skis or additional baggage. Original rear seat included a couple of hours to put back in. Interior redone in 2010 with new soundproofing installed, leather panels and seats, and air-tex carpet. Unfortunately the door seal leaked and there are stains on the seats, could be cleaned or just get sheepskins. Lots of plastic parts replaced This plane gets up and goes. The prop is re-pitched to 62 but can climb out at 1000-1200 fpm out of LGB which is at sea level. Handles high density no problem, fly into Big Bear Airport (7500 peaks) in the summer and still will pull 600 fpm, same for Las Vegas. Good cross county plane. Flew from LGB to Puerto Penasco airport in Mexico in less than 3 hours. Typical 115-120 knots.Includes Icom hand Radio, flight bag, several years of aviation safety magazine, tool box with tools, and a RED NECK Air Conditioner which works really good.
