Airframe
Low hours! Only 852 TTAF - Great condition, no damage history. Needs fabric covering. Included with this package is a complete new fabric covering kit! ...just needs to be installed. The wings have been removed, prepped, and signed off in logbook to be recovered. Tail feathers are in progress. Fuselage has original covering on most, just peeled from the back to get tail section off.
Engines / Mods / Prop
Lycoming O-320 150hp engine, professionally rebuilt with 0 hours. Not installed, still freshly rebuilt sitting on stand. Yes, engine may be separated from plane if desired and package not sold. Original prop is in good serviceable condition.
Interior / Exterior
Interior is great, panel looks new! If you're looking for a super nice, unmolested panel... this is probably the best you'll ever find. Other interior is in good shape too.
Remarks
Plane located at Cougar Mountain Airport in Yelm, WA. Easily transported, wings already removed. Willing to help with local transport if needed.
