I am looking for a partner/partners to help share costs and/or to sell the plane outright. This M20E is in excellent shape. The engine has 52 SMOH. The paint is in good condition but the actual paint job isn't perfect; some runs etc, 7/10. The interior is 6.5/10. The instruments are mostly original, very basic. The CDI head is currently removed so it is not IFR now. I am replacing that so it will be BASIC IFR. Basic radios. Brand new windscreen. Fresh annual 12/18. 2600 TT, 52 SMOH, 52 since new prop, both done in 8/2016. Manual factory turbocharger. All logs, no damage history. Hangared for the last 9 years. Manual gear and flaps.
