Avionics: GPS KMD 150, panel mt. 5 ½” color screen, King VHF/VOR KX 155 w/GS, flip flop KX175B w/o gs, Transponder KT-7A w/ alt rpt, Loran Northstar M1 O’hauled, PS Eng 4 pl intercom, built in w/ ent. Input, Knots2U Gear/flap alert system, Vacuum attitude and directional gyros, wet pump.

Airframe

Air Frame: Landing gear OH – Replace o rings and seals, rebush and paint. Rechrome struts, refurbished switches and rewire wheel wells. New bungees, Overhauled brake master cyl, stainless discs, replace all three tires and tubes, Goodyear Flight Custom II, Nose gear STC, small front tire, New OAT digital gauge-Questar, One-piece windshield, new ¼” tinted acrylic side and door windows, Piper S B 1160 inspection of stabilator torque tube assembly, Removed LH and RH stabs.

Engines / Mods / Prop

Engine: Unison Laser Electronic ignition w/ bush kit, new wires and plugs. Spark advance saves 1-1 ½ gph fuel at cruise. Runs clean, Fuel selector valve o’hauled, New fuel cells, LH and RH, New Starter, New battery and relays, master and starter, New tach and drive cable, New EI EGT, single cyl, New K&N air filter element.

Interior / Exterior

Interior: Removed old interior. Installed new Delux Soundex temp and sound insulation package and seal cabin. Strip and repaint seat frames, install complete new interior, overhead console and head liner. Recovered seats in grey leather, installed new front and rear seatbelts. Astro Tech Quartz Chronometer.

Remarks

This plane is in extremely good condition. Since it was purchased and brought to Wisconsin it has been restored to better than new. Always kept in a heated hanger and always kept with a fresh annual and insured.
