Avionics / Equipment

Basic VFR, Gemini PFD and Garmin 250Xl GPS/Com with New 3AH Backup Battery, Brand new Trutrak AP coupled to GPS. Icon A-200 com, Garmin 327 mode C transponder, CHT and EGT. Recently removed vacuum system with instal of Gemini, Vacuum could be reinstalled if so desired in very little time.

Airframe

535 TT. No damage history. Paint is very nice. A few nicks by cowling from Removing and installing throughout the years. All in all very nice paint. Burgundy on Pearl White.

Engines / Mods / Prop

IO-360-A1B6 Fuel injected 200hp 535 since new from Aerosport in Kamloops BC Very low to none oil consumption. All compressions last check were high 70's. PROP just had its required OH and has 535 hours since new, 8 hours since OH. Magneto just had required 500hrOH, electronic ignition on the other side.

Remarks

Smooth engine and prop combo. This plane flys superb. Very fast and performance is well -- awesome. The only reason I am selling this plane is I now have an RV10 and my mission has changed to family flying. I can not afford to hanger and insure both aircraft. I am pricing this aircraft at $72,000 which is huge bargain for an RV8 with angle Valve engine and Constant Speed./
