Description
Gear up landing by previous owner in 2010. Teardown inspection by Custom Airmotive, Tulsa, OK. This required the crankshaft and gears replacement and overhauling magnetos and fuel servo, etc., so the engine is still very young and dry with 70+ compressions ($15000+). New Harzell simitarTop Prop ( $7500). All repairs i/a/w AC 43.13 1B. LG and flight controls were all rerigged and has been flown 40-50 hr/yr since, and flies straight and level. Owned and flown by A&P, ATP All logs complete since new. 6/2016 annual
Avionics / Equipment
Avionics: KMA 20, KX 170B, MX170B, KN 64 DME, Sigtronics 4 station IC, Shadin fuel flow, new TCI altitude encoder (7/2016 pitot and xpndr checks). An Appareo Stratus ADS-B xpndr installed 11/16 with out and in capabilities.
Airframe
The voltage regulator, fuel flow, and new Gill sealed battery replaced 2016. 6/2016 annual and all ADs are up to date. Airframe time: 1940 hrs; engine: 250 hrs SFOH; prop: 175 hrs SNew. The airframe is low time so it has not needed fuel tank sealing.

Interior / Exterior
The interior upholstery was replaced in 2013 with biscuit and tan colors. Paint is original. No corrosion found doing the repairs and interior replacement.
Remarks
No speed mods, but the 20E model is the fastest of the 20 series. Cruise at 8.5 gph. This 1974 model has electric gear and flaps. Most 20E models you can find were built in the ‘60s and the last few were in ’76.
