If your'e looking at this ad you will know what you're looking at as these planes first came off the production line in 1970 they were designed as a "trainer" aircraft with dual controls etc. In 1978 to 1980 fewer than 2,500Tomahawks were produced most in 78-79. This particular plane has a special rear kit that allows for less amount of room for take off and control. It's in great condition. At only $18,000 obo you are getting a very nice beginner aircraft.
