Description

Fresh October annual, new 1 piece windshield, new tailwheel leaf spring, new 700x6 tires, very nice paint & interior(could use a good detailed cleaning but paint & interior in very good condition). Basic original panel with very little modifications. Log books are very complete and detailed from factory test flight until current date. This airplane is very straight with no known damage history, no hail damage, no noticeable rash. Runs great, flies very straight hands off, Very nice old 170. Price is negotiable, might consider some partial trades plus cash in my favor.

Avionics / Equipment

Digital Comm, transponder, encoder, current Mode C. Also has an old loran and another older out dated radio, I plan to remove them before it sells if I get time.

Airframe

Nice, straight, no known damage history, no rash, no hail, nice paint with no defects, very little corrosion, flies hands off.

Engines / Mods / Prop

Continental C145/0300A 2845 total time with 199.8 since major overhaul at the time of oil change during annual, has flown about an hour since then. Major overhaul was completed in 2001 with lots of new parts, new cylinder assemblies, etc. Prop is a McCauley 76/53. Was inspected and repainted by prop shop in 2015 and a fresh 8130 issued. There was no damage, I think it was done to have it repainted and a prop log book started.

Interior / Exterior

Paint and interior are both very nice with no issues.
