Description
This aircraft was registered in the small window as an ELSA allowing the new owner to acquire the Repairman certificate on this gyro as I did. The gyro was originally built with a 532 and I upgraded it to a gray head 582 and updated the fuel capacity so this gyro could fly cross country. Recently, I changed the rudder controls to decouple the rudder from the nose wheel and install differential heel brakes creating much better ground handling.
